The Skirt is custom made and designed by me and seamstress here in kona hawaii.   its layers of silk organza and duponi silk with toile and french lace.  Its high low design is meant for beautiful movement for dancing all types swings danceing so if your a dancer this skirt is designed for you.   the top is by BHLDN and the shoes are from england by House of Elliot a lace bootie also perfect for dancing with a satin ribbon and zipper closure.
