This item is an "Embrace" tulle overskirt I originally purchased in the NYC's Monique Lhuillier store. I loved the idea of having two different looks for the wedding. I wore the overskirt down the aisle and for photos, and I took it off after to dance. I put it back on for the after party with a tight short white dress for another look. Its in perfect condition - no stains. Its a size 6. The waist measures 27.5"- Its probably a street size 4.
