Other Off-shoulder unclassified dresses

Stunning Swarovski crystal and sequin belt by Romona Keveza purchased from Kleinfeld in 2010. There are 3 hook & eye closures and one clear plastic snap; these could easily be moved to adjust the size (Size 14 = 30" long x 1.5") Worn once. Designer label has come un-stitched at one side and one half of snap needs reinforcing (as pictured). Missing a few tiny crystals that line the top/bottom; none consecutively - their absence is imperceptible. This could also be re-purposed into a headband or used to wrap a bouquet.
