10K yellow gold earrings with sapphires and diamonds. I do not know the specs on the stones. One of the diamonds is missing from one earring. It should be easy to replace, but even if not replaced I do not feel it is very noticeable unless knowing it is gone and really looking up close to inspect it. They would make a great "something blue" accent.
