This is a brand new ruffled petticoat, to 'puff up' any mermaid, trumpet, sheath, or a-line dress. It's very versatile and a size M, but the slip is elastic so can fit a range of sizes. Brand new and perfectly clean because I decided last minute not to use it on my incredibly hot wedding day.
