Dress purchased from VOWS Bridal and professionally altered to fit 5'6", 130lbs. Just after the wedding it was professionally cleaned and has been hermetically sealed and properly stored since. I don't remember the designer and can't look at the dress as it is sealed, but it would have been one of the designers carried by VOWS Bridal in Watertown, MA (a store selling designer off the rack samples).
