This dress was purchased from local bridal shop. The dress was designed by the owner, a one of a kind piece. I wore it on my wedding day and LOVED it. It is light and floaty, and spins like a dream. It has layers of tulle and sequins, a slight sweetheart neckline. I added straps to the dress, but removed them for the reception. The dress is in perfect condition.
