Crepe skirt, a fabric with wonderful flow and drape that hugs the body and creates a sleek silhouette and a tulle bodice embroidered with Chantilly Lace appliques and beading to create a tatoo effect on the necklines that plays with the illusions and the second-skin effect. The cap sleeves with a slight off the shoulder touch accentuate the femininity of the wearer. The designer calls it mermaid but the way I wore it was more of a sheath.
I only wore the dress bustled. However, it was raining that moring so the dress does have stains on the bottom that couldn't come out so would be best if you could hem bottom about 3 inches. I am 5'7 and I wore 3-1/2 heels so I was 5'10-1/2. Other than that no other stains on the dress. The dress was very comfortbale and light feeling.
